Title: On Geometry
Rating: PG
Pairing: Any
The world fades around us. Nobody else exists and nothing matters anymore when my back hits that bed. We almost forget who we are because identities suddenly seem so little, so pointless.
Points.
That is it. We are just two points on a plane. We are collinear points, points on a line, creating segments between us. Those segments keep us stable, they keep us whole and together. A line runs infinitely, however, and the one are we on keep us going, growing forever, but somehow, we stay connected. Our segments keep us connected, we are always going to stay connected.
Our love becomes one endpoint, reality the other, and we are stuck in between.
