A kind man just gave me a ride home. A spanish peaking, older gentleman. It took me a bit to get over the idea that I had just sentenced myself to death by getting into the van but all is well. I am alive.
Yes. I was walking home from work. A walk that takes 45 minutes approx, to an hour and this guy stopped his van and motioned me toget in. I did, cause I was freezing and he pointed to the radio in the van and said it's spanish and yes, he was an immigrant from mexico or something...I don't remeber all that well but I got a ride and did not get murdered so yay!
