Hello, my name is Melissa. I'm 22 and I just decided today that I am going to start watching my weight and really try to lose weight. My short team goal is 20lbs. ( I could def use to lose more, but I want to have a realistic goal to beginning with). I can't afford to attend meetings, so I bought the book that gives points for all your food.
