I absolutely adore anything that is Santana/Kurt friendship, and this was lovely. It's hard to get a good grip on Santana, because she hides so much behind a caustic veil, but her emotions here felt very authentic and painful. I imagine if you continued it, their friendship would definitely be a bitchy, snarky one, but I thought for the sake of this story that the ending was well-done -- Kurt was appropriately defensive, but clearly willing to extend the olive branch for Santana, and given all that she had gone through, I'm pleased that she found a way to let her guard down in front of someone, at least. I also really liked the references back to their shared time on the Cheerios -- that's something that I wish people would take more advantage of, when writing Kurt and/or Santana (and Brittany) stories, because going through that kind of stuff creates at the very least a shared bond of teamwork, if nothing else. :) Great story! I really enjoyed it~ ♥

This was great. Kurt/Santana friendship is wonderful, and I liked how it was set up. Santana wouldn't open up to someone who was all pity and 'oh honey, what's wrong?' so I think you did a good choice in who you choose for Santana to open up to. Both Kurt and Santana are very defensive, emotionally, and are built up by multipule walls so I liked how you did it here. Good work, and I encourage you to continue, if this is indeed one part of more!

Hooray for seeing you in Glee :D

Loved your Santana voice. I think of Santana as an emotional runner too, so I loved seeing her thoughts as she tried to get away from it all. The epic Kurt/Santana friendship in progress was great to see. I loved the little details you included, from the four hour rant to the quote to the West Wing episodes.

Cannot wait for more in this series!
