Whenever I'm on the bus together with this bub, and I'm tweeting or fb-ing, I see his face in the reflection of the screen staring at what I'm typing... Like right now. Entertainment on the go for him I guess!

I could finally sleep at 3.15am last night, felt like I over-stimulated myself yesterday. Nursed the bub in between, woke up at 5 to prepare the necessary for him to work, drove us back to long hill to send the boy back before teaching straight till 4. Tutoring right now and I miss my son more than everrr.

my sister offered to relief-teach my second class earlier this noon, and i'm glad she loved the students. p5 students are really nice, the girls mature fast and you can shut the boys up easily, ironically. i had to cos the boy received his jab last thursday and came down with a slight fever. he's never been cranky for the first 3mths before, so i ( Read more... ) -

work has been kind of kind; students have been more obedient than i thought they would be. alhamdulillah cos having to wake up thrice at night and then leaving house @ 7.20am really makes my heart ache. especially when the pumpkin's still asleep. today was the worst, i think, i came back for late lunch (which is bad for me) @ 3.30pm and then had to ( Read more... ) -

sometimes i wonder how it would be if Allah were to take away our sense of touch. i wouldnt be able to feel the warmth of my boy's hands, and the firmness when he grips my finger. i wouldnt be able to cherish his soft cheeks when i nuzzle my nose on them, or feel the warmth of his forehead when i kiss him when he's asleep ( Read more... ) -

dad's back in singapore safe and sound alhamdulillah; kept praying for his safety at bangkok last 2 days. i knew he wished he had to go KL instead but bangkok's a shopping heaven! maybe not for men his age, i guess. but glad that he could "feel" secret-agent-ish finally ( Read more... ) -

still find it hard to believe that he'll be turning 2 months old tomorrow. and - slightly tmi, but - he finally "shat" after 2 days and a half. i've never felt so relieved; even though some of it soiled the bedsheet, it was that much! imagine my joy. he finally was back to his cheeky self after all was done. but then i had been breastfeeding fully ( Read more... )
