I highly recommend joining banner_contest as a place to improve and receive feedback. This is not a community to do or get those things

FAQ:
1. So, where should I request a banner from a community that has been in an unofficial haitus and there is no official bannermaker but the owner usually tries to do them?
Due to a sudden outburst of "unofficial haitus" banners, custom_banners will no longer be doing banners for communities with unexpected haitus'. Such banners should be moved to cb_overflow after 3.11.08.

2. Would you guys accept LIMS banners here?
Seeing as how LIMS banners are valid icontests, we definately allow it here. However, the community must still have NO banner makers. If the community has banner makers, please proceed to go to cb_overflow.

3. Do you take banners from new communities that have not attempted to look for banner makers?
As of right now, we do. However, this rule may change if it becomes a large problem.

4. If you signed up to be a banner maker and were rejected, when can you sign up again?The moderator in charge of installing new banner makers will give you pointers on how to further enhance your banners so that you may come back and try again. You may sign up when you
