okay, i need you to do me a favor
on your desktop, right click somewhere where there isn't icons
click on properties and then on settings
towards the bottom is a box that says "screen resolution"
can you please give me numbers it says in the box?
(like "1024x768" or "800x600" or whatever yours is)

this works on windows, but i'm not sure if it's the same with a mac so if you use a mac then forget it
