Have you ever gotten revenge on these crappy customers?
Just curious how many people here have been offduty and at another store, witnessed customer suckage, and told that sucky customer off?
I definately remember one day at McDonalds. I dont remember the exact details, but I believe this lady came in and was bitching out the front counter because her drive thru order was incorrect (ketchup on a cheeseburger or something I think). REALLY bitching out the front. So the front employees get her a new cheeseburger and she does her final bitching before leaving. As she's leaving both my friend and I (who witnessed the whole thing) did the *cough*BITCH*cough* thing. She turned around and looked at us, we looked STRAIGHT back at her, she huffed and left.
Felt GOOD.
The employees behind the counter were stunned. "Did you just do that?" "Holy shit you rule!" etc etc. After working in the customer service industry it felt GOOD to do that without the threat of "trouble" by management.
