Honestly, I wouldn't waste a lot of energy on one bad review. If there's a way to flag it, do that - if it's Yelp I know you can flag suspect reviews. But otherwise, most people don't put a lot of stock in one stupid review.
Also, I would honestly be a little confused by asking what size wine I want - at least in the U.S., wine generally only comes in one size pour.
The government is encouraging licensed premises to offer smaller measures to apparently encourage people to drink less. So now we have a 125ml measure as well as 175ml and 250ml. We rarely sell a small measure tbh.
Don't sweat having an occasional bad review. Some people get a bee in their bonnet and take out their frustration on your for whatever irrelevant reason. In some cases, like you've seen here, they're deceitful because they have an agenda of their own to promote. Speaking as a frequent user of and contributor to a particular reviews site, I rarely give much weight to scattered negative reviews of an otherwise well-rated business.
I always read reviews with a grain of salt. Yes, one person could have a really horrible experience with an otherwise good business. I also look at how a review is written--if it's poorly written, I'm not going to believe it. The time I am most likely to put any stock in a negative review is when the majority of (legit) reviews are negative. I'm also on a particular review site, and there are some businesses that have nearly all negative reviews. That really tells you something!
