Fair enough, and I've worked for places where you warn a person ONCE about ceasing to curse before hanging up. Just curious though, not that it justifies this experience...about how much money or discrepancy (question) are we discussing? Were they sticker-shocked or what?

LOL! I work for a security company and we get calls like that overnight or on the weekends and in my department we have no way to get to billing information, and that department is obviously not in. Some people do get mad at us, almost like this. I don't understand why they call on the weekend in the first place. The only people here are my department, that works 24/7 and handles alarms and most other customer service, but not that. Ugh.

But doctors don't even set up payment plans, that's an office thing. Office hours are cruddy to deal with but I can't imagine many of them handling this after hours WTF!!
