Both of these people were assholes, the second one more than the first. They way she treated you and talked to you UGH! Its ugly and shes an ugly person for being like that.

I'm wondering more and more whether some people do this kind of thing just to try to get free stuff or rebates they normally wouldn't be entitled to.

Language barriers can be frustrating for everyone but there's no excuse for that second customer's bitchiness. It's people who bitch and moan and act as though they're royalty that piss me off the most. I do hope this weekend is better than your last!
