Had a voicemail from a session I did a couple of weeks ago. She said that it was not a good session and whoever the 'person' who helped them did not order an 8x10 they wanted. She only discovered after an email was sent that day and she saw the order summary ( Read more... )

Ouch! I'm sorry about your surgery and still being in pain. I hope you're doing better! Those people just sound like brats. Ugh.

Agree *hands whatever will help with the pain*, that is a 100% legit WHATEVER, and those are rare. I don't even care if she's joking about the Zorro, maybe learn the name of the person whose painstakingly helping you for such a long time. Still, I wonder how many freebies they're gonna get for complaining and I hope our hero the OP isn't in too much trouble.

I think she was being sarcastic but I think we've all done a Zorro in our time so I won't hold it against her.

I'm so sorry you had to deal with such entitled, rude morons, and after surgery too. When I worked at Poundland, I fell over and landed on my wrist while on a night out with friends (and I was the sober one lol) and had to wear a support on it. I don't know if it was co-incidence or not, but I wore it for about a week and I never got one rude customer. I'd like to think that the majority of people will think twice about having a dig at someone who is injured or in pain. The people you got were just nasty. I hope they step on Leggo lol!
