Insulting woman

I've had rude customers before but this woman is the rudest I've served in quite a while. I believe the reason she was rude is because she had to wait in a queue for about a minute while I served the woman in front of her, because I noticed her huffing and puffing and looking at her watch. Even so, I don't believe her having to wait warranted this

Bit late to the party, but when she made her first objectionable comment, I would love to have responded, "Oh, sorry - you're right. Let me go and wash my hands - back in a tick!" And then wandered off for five or ten minutes.
