Its been a while since I posted on here, but a customer so mind-blowingly awful came in today that I have to get this off my chest before I explode.

I work at a large chain movie theater in the western US.

Under cut for length + potentially triggering material (verbal abuse, slurs).

Your coworker definitely would have told your manager, as far as I'm concerned, that's grounds for banning her from your business. Do you have surveillance cameras at all? If so, you could try and get a screenshot and speak to your manager to see if they are willing to ban her.
