Here at our wee little humane society, I do feel like sometimes, I'm in the movie Groundhog Day. Without the ability to change things, get money, play with a groundhog or talk to whats his name who was in the movie. I feel this way because

It amazes me how many truly stupid people there are out there wandering without a leash. I have a beautiful mixed breed cat who is 14 years old and I have had her since she was just 4 weeks old. If someone were to treat her like I have seen SP (Stupid People) treat scared and nervous shelter cats, they would be drawing back bloody stumps. Even if health allowed, I could never volunteer at a cat shelter, I would not be nice to the trauma causing SP. I would chase them out with a broom and trust me, I know how to swing one.
