I doubt there's a lawyer involved. Civil suits don't require lawyers, or even common sense. I was once sued just-because (family drama)...the judge called my ex-landlord an idiot and dismissed the case.

Well...if it makes you feel any better, I doubt that lawsuit is gonna amount to anything. You've got proof this person went into restricted staff-only areas and broke shelter rules. If someone is stupid enough to spread deadly disease amongst shelter critters, they sure as hell should not be responsible for any living creature.

That lawyer...if it is indeed a legit lawyer...is gonna get paid regardless of how stupid this lawsuit is. The only reason I can see anyone with an ounce of sense taking this case is to get an easy paycheck from the idiot hiring 'em.
