totally agree with you. She's so pathetic and ungrateful - I'm a parent of teenagers and get this crap ALL the time. They get over it .. what's imperatively important today is history in 4 weeks' time. Why get suicidal over crap like mobile phones and T-shirts - jezuz - life goes on and she needs to get a grip on hers and figure out that not everyone is interested in her dramas!
