Sick and not happy

I thought I was just really tired from Vegas and last weekend getting no sleep but Sunday I felt like I was dead, and today. But i went to class and everything cause i thought i was just tired. However, like 10 minutes ago I was like I feel tooo tired to just be tired from the weekend. So yeah, Temp of 100 and man voice and scratchy throat and all
