So over winter break, my apartment flooded. The water heater in the apartment above us burst and rained water down into our apartment. Not a huge deal, maintainence people came, pulled and aired our carpets and everything was taken care of. So we thought. When the maintainence people came back to restretch and put our carpet back

Oh my gosh, that REALLY sucks, im sorry you have to go through all that, but be glad that you guys havent gotten really sick from the mold thats growing, if one of you guys were allergic to that certain kind it could have meant even more bad news. I'm sure it will all work out in the end, but hang in there in the mean time!
