oh no the text was awsome!!!! thank you again, I seem to have bad math skills when it comes to using unicals. But I always forget until I am over half way done and realize I had been making my letters a little too big for the number of lines I have penciled in. It just saved me from having to do more artwork on the bottom. And trust me these stages happen EVERY TIME I DO A SCROLL. I love the art, I want to kill sometimes in the middle of doing it, but like what pops out in the end. It is a vicious cycle that I love and hate at the same time.

Stage #8: Luck/Miracles - The muses have smiled on you, you had a 500 word Adhemar-style period wording when the assignment came into your inbox, choirs of angels sang, the pen didn't bleed onto your page and almost seemed to write the words without your hand guiding it, the Lady of the Lake held aloft the library book you were looking for immediately on teh interwebs and handed it to you on a golden plate, the original painter's ghost paid you a visit and marveled at the perfect replication of their work that you did, and the author of the source book you used liked your work so much that they flew to your house to personally thank you and ask your permission to include a print of it in their next version of that book, Laurels everywhere swooned, Knights went giddy, and Pelicans cheered, for all was right in the world.

And even the EK list thanked you.

....and I can really dream up a good tall tale. ;>

yeah, that is what I was thinking, or maybe 4a, the daydreams you have while not being happy with the scroll, maybe this will all just go away and work out prefectly with the help of little gremlins and some unknown fairy godmother who enhances your skills ten fold and lines up many people to help you (though this may happen for some people the fairy godparent is a illumination/callirgraphy laurel with a lot of time on their hands and the gremlins are they apprenices...) that would be such a cool no shit there I was story...hmmmm
