*hugs* Have you thought about seeing someone? It might be good to talk to a professional about this whole sitation, even just once or twice. I know how much my therapist helped me when my grandma died.

I appreciate the though, if it continues beyond this week I might consider it. But for now, I will let it go naturally and see how I do.

I am not a big supporter of therapist for small things, but if one has inbalances that need assistance or other severe issues yes, see a therapist.

There are other issues hitting me emotionally, not just this item that happened yesterday. Like my brother who moved to California last week and already called high as a kite on Monday (after supposedly becoming clean) and is talking about all the parties he is going to. Freaking Lindsey Lohan spiral coming his way I bet. I have been there before, got a t-shirt and postcard, and don't want to deal with his shit again. We will see what happens.

Not sad, you are just trying to fill an empty spot with food. I've done it too many times to count. There is just something about a sugar coma that helps dull the emotional upset.
