-Smoking and drinking and drugs. What made me mad the most is the fact that you said "trying to quit". An annoying little movie character called Yoda has my favorite quote of all time: "Do or do not, there is no try". I'm an ex-druggie and there is no trying. I stopped in one day. The only drug you should have trouble quitting is heroine.
