your diet sounds pretty damn good to me, though 2 eggs seems like a lot of egg- but eggs are healthy.

The only comment i would make is that dinner is quite late- and I've heard that that isnt too brilliant to do- but it sounds as though you are eating the right kind of later meal- if that makes any sense.

Me, I'm a tea fiend, and also trying to lose some weight I'm currently on:-

Breakfast- when i get into work 8am- porridge made with water and a small amount of honey.

Snack- normally fruit, sometimes not...

Lunch- Bento- normally some pasta/noodles/rice, miso soup, and more fruit

Dinner: varies can be anything from meat pie, to salmon.

I think the excerise you are doing is great- I'm upping mine- though i cant bring myself to join a gym- I'm currently working in the garden on an evening- weeding the strawberry patch currently- for aout 1.5 hours- trying to work up a sweat, and I'm hoping to start rollerblading again.

Yeah, I've heard eating late is bad for you but my classes are quite late in the evening and I have tried eating a small dinner 2 hours before the class but still isnt enough time (the dinner repeats itself during the classes - not good). I think 2 eggs is a lot too, going to cut down to 1 egg to see how it goes.

Your so lucky to have a garden, I live in a flat so there's no garden. I bet you cant wait for the summer to arrive to be able to pick the homegrown strawberries!

Those onigiris look sooo good! What are those pink bits on top?

wow I admire you for being able to keep fit by going to the gym. I used to work out at the gym too but I get sad working out alone. My gym buddy's work schedule changed so we couldnt go together. Anyway, I dont eat breakfast at home because I wake up late and I usually am in a rush on mornings. I eat them in the office, I buy stuffed pandesal (that's a round bread made from flour) and green tea. Bento for lunch (usually rice) and rice again for dinner.

I used the salmon furikake seasoning today - the pink stuff is the dried flakes of salmon - very fishy and yummy.

I go with my husband but we dont see each other in the gym as I do classes on the ground flour and he does cardio and weights machines. My favourite classes are body pump, body combat and body balance. Here is the link http://www.lesmills.com/ there might be a class near you.

How is that Activia yogurt working out for you? I love the stuff..but it causes me to be a lil more 'regular' than normal if you know what I mean.. I surfed in to your post thru another website so Im not sure where you are but my Activia (Phoenix, AZ, USA) doesnt look like that...

Hi, I live in London, England. There are tonnes of brands that are called the same but are slightly difference in taste in the UK and the US. The KitKat made in the US is made with Hershey's chocolate (which I am sorry to say I dont like too much) but in the UK it is maded by Nestle.

I love Activia - Strawberry flavour is really yummy.

I'm always afraid to overdo the tuna, too. The onigiri look good!

I commend you for your workout sessions. I'm horrible at sticking to a workout plan.

From the looks of thing it looks fine...especially if you're doing so much gym work (over doing it?), you need the cals for gym energy. I use www.weightlossresources.com to balance my cals.

My trainer says you should eat every 3 hours to keep your metabolism going, 3 meals and 2 snacks at least. He also has this no carbs after 4pm, but that's a bitch to keep to so never mind lol.

Thanks for the website, I'll have a look at it later. I suffer from very low blood sugar level so I have to eat something every 3 hours (which is a pain in the backside) but since I've gone to the gym frequently I can go without for much longer. I'ver tried not have carbs after 4pm but I wait up in the middle of the night because I am super hungry and need to eat something)
