Aww! Those cheese hearts are so cute. I like the way you arranged them! And mmm, salad. Makes me realize just how unhealthy my fridge is.

The weather has gone crazy in London. Last week it was raining and the temp didnt reach more than 10oC and today it is going to get as hot as 26oC (no idea that the conversion to oF is). After 2 gym classes night I didnt feel upto eating hot food so I had a lazy salad.

I used plastic cheese - Diarylea. It the same stuff as the square cheese you put on hamburgers. I think thin slices of any chees will work with the cookie cutters.
