I had a great time making the spam musubi, I didnt have a musubi mould so I used mmmbento's suggestion of using the spam tin. The spam tin (I used spam light) worked really well but I made them too thick some of my musubi looked like platform shoes!!

These were the first ones I have ever eaten. I have made 6 in total. I think I will experimennt with the toppings. How do you eat yours? I was posted a suggestion of tomato sauce - I love tomato sauce

I've eaten it with japanese-rolled-sweet-egg on top of the spam once or twice -- but otherwise, I have not had it any other way. lol, and I've been eating spam musubi since I was really little!

I'm interested in what toppings you find are tasty...
