I found it in the chinese supermarket in Chinatown in London. It from Taiwain, it looks like meat jerky but it is made from the stalks of shiitaki mushrooms. I like the spicy type but hubbie likes the milder stuff.

Thanks! Both my parents are head chefs. Food has been a passion all my life and I am very lucky that my parents are fabulous cooks in all types of cuisines. This bento involved zero cooking. Have you manage to get yourself a bento box yet?
