I haven't felt this scared/out of control/crazed in a very, very long time.
It's really scary.

You know what I always say, You gotta check yourself before you wreck yourself.
Really...you just gotta take a step back sometimes, breath, and re-evaluate.

And one thing I've learned over this last year....most things in life cannot be controlled. You gotta figure out what you can change and leave the rest to God.
