Her jewellery box, is adorned with beautiful shells of various shapes and sizes, colours and textures, they all are glued to the surface of a small box.
With the outside being so richly decorated the inside should be amazing colours shapes sizes.

the inside plain, empty, desolate. No shiny objects for those magpie eyes to glance over, no precious stones. Nothing.

It reflects the character shes taken on.

a jewellery box what for, the only ring he has is on his finger. why would someone buy such a big box, such a waste of beauty. if only the sender left a name he could send it back.
what nexted, jewellery arriving at his door. he doesnt have time for anyone els, to many people coming and going. pointless friends that dont stick around.
he keeps the jewellery box only to remind him why he doest have any friends and within one week the box is filled with gold and silver but at the top is a black rose with was left on his dead body found in the middel of the night.

...there is only one item. A bracelet I found on the floor of Victoria tube station. It is a plain sterling silver bracelet with a simple clasp. It was wrapped in a scrunched piece of paper that I kicked incidentally on the way home and the bracelet fell out. I picked both up and on the paper I noticed some hand written words. They were as follows:
'I'm sorry.
I don't love you any more.
Goodbye,
x'
I kept the bracelet and the note. As you can tell I still have both and when I wear it I think of the love that was lost and the love that I hope to find someday.
