Just want to give in

You ever feel like you just want to give in but you know that you can't? I know that it would help ease some of the tension, at least for a little while but I also know that in the long run it doesn't really help. Hell in the long run probably just make things worse. But I've got so much crap running through my head and really don't know what to do
