I might just have it...

I see that everyone has given up on the lyrics thing, so here are the answers:

I was reading through the lyrics shortly after doing this, and I was wondering why it was almost ALL punk, then I remembered back on Christmas when I organized my music, I had only put punk on it, with the intent to go through all my other songs later and add those as needed. Of course, I didn't, so I apologize for the lack of diversity in this playlist.

)Buddy Holly by Weezer: Yay Weezer! Oh Rivers, you are MY Buddy Holly!

)You're So Last Summer by Taking Back Sunday: This song is so angsty, especially with the "And the truth is, you could slit my throat and I would apologize for bleeding on your shirt" or something like that. I still heart it muchly.

)Mr. Brightside by The Killers: This song plays on the radio like every five minutes; I'm sure you've heard it. I'm not sick of it yet, though, and it's one of my favorite songs at the moment.

)When You Say Nothing at All by Alison Krauss: Okay, this is a country song, yes, but it's so cute! It is so cute and sweet and romantic and everytime I hear it I'm just like "awwwwwwwwww." I think it's the only non-punk song on here...

)Overrated by Allister: Nobody seems to have heard of Allister, which makes me sad because I am rather fond of them. They're pop-punk--think upbeat All-American rejects.

)I'm Not Okay (I Promise) by My Chemical Romance: You've probably heard this song on the radio, too. It's the only song by this group that I listen to on a regular basis.

)The One That Got Away by Allister: I like this song because in the chorus it has this extended metaphor where the girl is the one that got away (in terms of fishing). I'm a dork like that.

)Teenage Dirtbag by Wheatus: I'm just a teenage dirtbag, baby! Yeah, I'm just a teenage dirtbag baby! Come listen to Iron Maiden, baby, with me... And in the end the chick liked him. You gotta love this song. I'm just a teenage dirtbag baby, like you!

)Addicted by Simple Plan: This song is so immature..and accurate.

)Where Is My Mind? by The Pixies: Thank you for sending me this song, Sarah! I'm not surprised that nobody got this because it's really difficult to understand the lyrics. But, thanks to the efforts of Sarah, I am now a Pixies fan! w00t!

)Somewhere Across Forever by stellastarr*: You know how everyone has a favorite, unheard-of group that is going to make it big someday and you knew it all along and you knew about them first too? This is mine. Stellastarr* is up there in my top five favorite bands of all time.

)Collide by Howie Day: You've probably heard this song on the radio ad naseum. It's really cute, though. Granted, it'd be a horrible irony if you got in a car accident while listening to this song, but if you think of it in the protagonists-in-a-chickflick-kissing-for-the-first-time-in-the-rain sense (as I do), then it is ever so cute and sweet.

)Make Yourself at Home by The Starting Line: The lead singer of this group has a really annoying voice, but I still like them.

)Somebody Told Me by The Killers: I bet you heard this one on the radio too! I'm growing increasingly fond of the Killers...if you get this song, will you please explain it to me?

)Love Explosion by Weezer: This is random song. Who wouldn't want a love explosion? I mean, love is awesome, and explosions are awesome, so a love explosion would have to be awesome^2.

)Dare You to Move by Switchfoot: Hooray for the radio and Christian groups who aren't really Christian but they are.

)Baby I'm An Anarchist by Against Me: Remember how I mentioned how there are those favorite, unheard-of groups who are going to make ti big someday etc etc etc? This is Jackie's. Thank you, Jackie, for sending me this song. The lyrics are hilarious; this group is awesome in general (from all two and a half songs that I heard).

)Ambulance Driver by Superdrag: Levi introduced me to this group; they're from Tennessee but they are NOT country. I'd say they're like the Beatles crossbred with All-American Rejects...anyway, this group is one of my favorites.

)A Favor House Atlantic by Coheed and Cambria: I am slightly sick of this song, plus the lead singer has the most annoying voice in the history of existance. Yes Beth, it's a boy. But I love the part where he goes "dow-ow-owowown." No matter how hard I try, I can't do it like him. Oh, and if you understand what the lyrics mean, could you explain them to me?

)Dope Nose by Weezer: Are you sensing a trend? Such as, "Corianne's favoritest group ever is Weezer"? This song is a classic.

)When I Come Around by Green Day: This song has been around forever, but I still love it. Plus I have a crush on Billie Joe.

22) I'm Gonna Be by Allister (punk cover): The original is better, but I don't have it saved in mp3 format. There is some question as to whether it is Allister or another group. There is no question as to whether I can sing it or not.

)The Authority Song by Jimmy Eat World: I like the beat in this song. My fanship of JEW isn't quite so great as Annie's, but I still like them.

)Knock-Down Drag-Out by Weezer: I think this is my fourth-favorite Weezer song, after El Scorcho, The World Has Turned and Left Me Here, and...

)Undone (The Sweater Song) by Weezer: This has to be one of my favorite songs of all time--not just Weezer songs. It's probably second only to El Scorcho as my favorite Weezer song. I mean, it doesn't get much better than this.

I had a good trip to NJ, but I'm back to be home. Everybody seems to be leaving...alas and alack. A lad too, for good measure.
