CHARACTER:
Name: Luki
Source: DOGS: Bullets & Carnage
History:
Little is known about Luki's past, aside from the fact that she is Noki's twin, and Haine and Giovanni's "little sister"- she is Noki's true twin, but related only to the two men and to other such people through experiments by a woman named Angelica Einstellsehn who calls herself their mother. Her first appearance is alongside Giovanni (with Noki, of course, for you will never see one without the other), watching their runaway "brother" Haine fight a gang whom Giovanni had paid off to kidnap Haine and fight him.
Giovanni himself jumps in after Haine tears part of the leader's face with his teeth. Meanwhile he sends the twins to kill the gang leader, who had escaped with a car for fear of his life. Luki and Noki easily catch up with him, and destroy the car- he manages to live, but the twins are not aware of this.
Shortly after, the twins go after Haine on their own while Giovanni makes a call to "mother". They find him in a gun battle alongside his two companions Fuyumine Naoto and Badou Nails against two men. They approach Haine with the intent to play, and even drag Naoto into the "game", Luki against Naoto, Noki against Haine. In the end of the battle, Naoto and Haine (who by this time is nearly taken over by his DOG) switch twins, easily defeating the two. Haine however has no intention of allowing the twins to live, and begins with Luki.
She's saved when Noki's phone rings, their "mother's" associate calling for them to return. They get away, and return to Campanella Freuling, who isn't quite happy to see that they had slipped away from Giovanni. They're taken back to the Underground headquarters immediately after.
In a side story (DOGS: Hardcore Twins), Luki and Noki slip away from Giovanni and wander around to look for a place to eat. They come across a former gang-boss whose face they had seen on a wanted poster, and decide to catch him- not for the money but for the exercise, as the food will taste better when they are really hungry. They manage to catch him after a game of very, very deadly tag around town, complete with knives and bullets.
Personality:
Luki and her twin are quite psychotic and loud, in the cute way. It's difficult to resist them, but it's easy to be afraid of their apparent ruthlessness. They enjoy playing, and treat everything as a game with their rules, and those around them as part of their deadly games. Those unfortunate enough that they take a liking to are their playmates, and they will actively seek those certain people out every now and then to play with- provided they don't die in the first round.
They're very naive and childish as well- they're only around eight (physically and mentally) after all. There are still a lot of things they do not know and do not understand both due to their age and living mostly underground with "Mama", "Big Brother Giovanni" and several other fellow experiments. They enjoy everything young children like, candy, cute little things, and the like.
But it's easy to distinguish Luki from Noki, aside from their clothing, weapon of choice and mismatched eyes. Luki seems to be the more dominant twin, always introducing herself first, giving the first opinion, and sometimes even teasing her twin, but not receiving any teasing of her own. They're the "Invincible Twins Luki and Noki" after all, not the other way around.
Biggest Fear: The anger of her "mother". Campanella may be terrifying as well, but it's Angelica who takes the cake.
Powers:
Luki has no powers, aside from her abilities to regenerate quickly and contain superhuman strength, like any of Angelica Einstellsehn's pups. Her DOG, or inner self that signifies all her ruthlessness and other evil traits, has not been revealed as of yet though.
In addition to her powers, she carries a large knife, and several smaller throwing knives. Even at her seemingly young age she is very skilled in handling these weapons.

Third Person:
She sat beside her twin, swinging her legs that were still too short to reach the floor. She looked around the large room she and her sister had been told to wait in while the grown-ups did things. It was boring. She was bored. There was nothing to do, and being bored was no fun.
"I wonder what they're gonna do, Luki," her twin said.
"I dunno, Noki. Maybe ask us to draw and stuff."
Their conversation was cut short by the appearance of the lady from before, this time accompanied by Mama, and other people. She and Noki jumped and ran to their mother, and was greeted with a hug, and whispers of "Are you two ready for a little game?" They both nodded enthusiastically. Anything to get out of this room and have some fun. She, like her twin, wondered what kind of game their mother had in store for them.
They were led to a huge room, with only two doors. Two people in white clothes gave them things- Noki a large gun-thing, and Luki herself a large knife-thing and a lot of smaller knife-things. Their mother told them to go down to the floor below, and hand-in-and obeyed happily. This had to be a very fun game if they were given all these things to play with.
Their playmate was called out. A big man with a covered face. He made the funniest, growling noises that made Luki giggle. She looked to her twin, who nodded. Well, this game looked fun.
First Person:
[Get ready for the voice of a loud little girl over the network.]
Noki? Noooo-kiiiii!! Where are yooouuuuu?? [Pause before she begins to talk again.] ... Mama and Big Brother Giovanni're not here too. Aaaawh. No fun. Did they leave me behind?
Ooh, candy! [Sounds of her stuffing it into her pockets.]
... Is this a new game? Are we playing hide-and-seek?? With cellphone things and a big old house? [She begins to giggle- in a disturbing way.] Ready or not, here I come!!
Notes: She doesn't know what ghosts are, and I hope the apartment building has psycho-insurance. :3a
