last week graye and tanner relayed this story to me: on NE 28th and hoyt they saw a shirtless man atop a one story building, screaming, "we're all just pieces of paper! i wanna feel pain!" and below on the sidewalk, blue gloved police officers responding through a megaphone, "david. why'd you take the LSD, david?"
