dry Cheerios? sounds like an awful diet, taste-wise and actually not so healthy unless part of your diet is accompanied by a good long work out; Cheerios have lot of carbohydrates, which supply the energy you need to do very physical activities, but which, if you eat and then don't exercise, will turn into sugar in your body which obviously you want to avoid. try fresh fruit and vegetables. i LOVE salads.

I work out a lot though and lost some weight. I'm getting there, but still, that doesn't make me feel any better what you just told me about cherrios. :c

I just had fruit salad for dinner. Only 75 calories. lol :-P

oh, but if you are exercising then it is fine.
like i said, cheerios (as well as any foods high in carbohydrates, including bread, oats, pasta) are good energy foods and will help your workout if you eat them one to two hours before you workout. there not such a good idea if you don't workout though. for example you wouldn't want to eat something like that just before bed.
you will do well, i'm sure. you have a lot of self-discipline and seem motivated. those are key factors.

Gary, it's not all about diet and calories that u think its the only way to lose weight. It is but u ll gain it all back on anyway.. U jus gotta eat healthy food, no junk. Not even a piece of junk. And walking a lot, working out. U ll lose a lot and in a good shape. Trust me.
