my experience with the torn ACL: doctor 1: you don't have a torn ligament. x-ray looks fine. doctor 2: you don't have a torn ligament. x-ray looks fine. get an mri in cause you did something to your meniscus. MRI: you have a torn ACL and an acute meniscus tear. doctor 3: see? all I have to do is do THIS (oww oww oww) painful thing to your knee and it's pretty obvious your ACL is torn.
This makes me angry as hell. Your symptoms sound deadly serious, and I don't believe for a second that the doctor you saw A) couldn't help you herself or B) didn't have a single colleague there who could give you a proper examination. The callous cunt probably makes six figures just by having a doctorate, nice tits, and a sense of humor

Assuming they gave you a CMRI (Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging), the idea would be that they're looking at both the structure and function of your heart. In your case, it would be to verify that there's nothing like CHD (Coronary Heart Disease) going on, because that would explain your shortness of breath and chest pain. The CMRI would also provide a fairly good indication as to whether or not there is sufficient oxygenated blood circulating, which would also explain your shortness of breath and chest pain
