So, I haven't mentioned it because I don't want to jinx it but it's been on my mind a lot lately. Since Ben is not getting a lot of work here, he asked his higher up about possibly relocating to Orlando where the company's headquarters are and their client base is rich and extremely active. Oh I hope this happens. I know you guys really don't like it there. I think you do an awesome job of trying to make the best of it but I can tell that it is hard. Even if you didn't like Florida it seems like it might be...well closer to SOMETHING than just being in the middle of the desert!

Thank you! My true wish is to be closer to my family but there is no work there and no way that it would work (sounds weird the way I typed it LOL)

I hate waiting to find out something!

Ohhhh keep us posted. will think good thoughts. i lived in tampa from age 7-15 and loved it! fla is a great place to raise kids. and the rain and thunderstorms are amazing.

We were in Tampa for our Caribbean cruise in 2008 and I had been away from humidity long enough that I had a hard time breathing! lol I prefer it though. I have the BESTEST hair when there is humidity! Not really sure why I am so obsessed with my mop top these days.

I also meant to add that Ben's dad John and his partner Jane (The Doe's) have a condo in St. Petersburg where they vacation every year from November through March so that would be cool to have some type of family less than 2 hours away for four months out of the year!
