Frozen Bubbles
Get some bubble liquid. Dress warmly. Go outside in under 10F weather and blow bubbles. They will freeze; sometimes they'll burst and half-shells will float down. Sometimes you can see the freeze patterns in the surface.

The Xmas Revels
Finally, after about 30 years of wanting to see the Christmas Revels "sometime," I went - dragged the family along yesterday. L liked the singing. A. found it "boring" but he did pay attention. Kids have rights
Not the first time I had to remind kids to not talk with police unless a parent or lawyer present. So far only theoretical, but the story of the kids questioned and suspended for something innocent this morning reminded me.

Freaking out the FaceBorg
It's no secret that mostly I'm over on FaceBook these days, but one of the things I'm doing this week is not using the LIKE button.
