so i didn't lose anything this past week. i'm not entirely sure why. on the previous weekend, i was really bad and ate a piece of cheesecake from the cheesecake factory. but seriously, that was on the weekend and i was good pretty much all week. i also worked out 4x during the week yet again and went on a lot of walks. i don't know if the exercise ( Read more... )

just hang in there! sometimes even if you are really good all week, it doesn't show up on the scale. but, a lot of times, you will get a good loss the following week. you can do it! :)
