As long as hes just being a verbal dweeb like he usually is, I agree with you. What would make it necessary to ban him, IMHO, is if he was bringing clones in, spoofing IPs, etc, to either make lame attacks on the channel or to intentionally avoid someone's ignore flags to harass or stalk them. Fortunately, or unfortunately depending on how you look at it, that kind of behavior hasn't been in his character, though he has been known to bring clones in and spoof IPs to bypass a kickban when he was banned for a short period of time years ago...
