This morning, we were supposed to present our health education project to the clinic patients, but because there were not that many patients in the waiting room, Dr. Pan thought it might be better if we waited until tomorrow morning right before clinic begins, where there should be more patients waiting to see the doctor. Our day started off with a live web conference call with Dr. Kuo and our classmates in Yun-Lin; unfortunately, we were not able to see them all on web cam, but we were able to hear their voices. Dr. Kuo just wanted to hear about our projects during our time in a community medical center.

I really enjoyed my day today.  Even though we were given time to work on our 衛教 project, when I had heard that 黃醫師 was going to make House calls (居家護理) with one of the local clinicians, I wanted to go along as well, because this was something I have been rather curious about after our tour of 北護醫院.

Morning clinic:

I have been anticipating this trip to Jing Shan from the very beginning of the semester.   Every time I travel to a new place, I like to see what the local life is like, and I have often wondered what kind of life people in this town lead every day.
