Excellent! You captured Harry's longing so well. I am also sure that more happened that Christmas.

The Christmas Waltz is one of my favorites. I have the sound track from Love Actually blasting away at me.

Happy Christmas if I don't see you for a while.

I've got the Carpenters' Christmas album on repeat and it's driving my family nuts, but I love that album - makes me feel all Christmasy!

Happy Christmas, GK.

I love missing moment fics like this one! I LOLed at Harry wanting to dump the entire box of maggots on himself. ;D So sweet that he gave Ginny his sweater. Wonderful story!

I love missing moments too, because they tell us what was really going on! Or rather what we wish was really going on. LOL.

That box of maggots - the first thing that came into my mind when i read that part was Harry would have wanted to dump it on himself just for the chance for Ginny to touch him again. I think it says a lot about Ginny that she wasn't at all squeamish about picking that maggot out. I dont know if I could have done the same. :)

Sigh. After the shoddy treatment of all things Ginny & Harry/Ginny in the movies, stories like yours warms my heart :) I totally rely on fanfic now to enhance canon.

thanks for sharing this, it's so lovely :)

I'm with you - fanon gets me through the lack of H/G moments in the films. I even find myself skimming through canon just to pick out the H/G bits. Fanfic has ruined me forever. :)

Thanks for reading and Merry Christmas.
