Two days to go before my SF trip and I'm sat here with a toothache that will NOT go away. This is week five of trips to the dentist. Four lots of antibiotics and a root canal later and the damn tooth is still sat there throbbing like a smug bastard at the back of my mouth. I'm seriously considering introducing him to Mrs String and Mr Doorhandle
