I saw a couple of monarch butterflies today. They were fuelling up on dandelions in the little patch of greenery behind the building where I work. I don't think I've seen a monarch since I was a child. I would have thought Toronto was bit far north for them this late in the year but maybe not ( Read more... )

I considered signing up at one point but I found the real names thing way too off-putting. It would be nice to see those faces again. I don't expect I'd have used Facebook any more than I've used LJ though even if I were there anonymously. Glad you're still posting here from time to time.
