Do you know what his timeframe is? We are probably looking for a new housemate in a month or two but current roomie has not given us an exact move date.

I currently have a place to stay through July 4, and a few transition couch-crash options through August. Start date of July 1 ideal, August 1 would be fine, maybe mid-August. If that works for you, tell me more please?

Shame he doesn't want to live in NC. I'd invite him to move in based solely on "no ferrets." ;)

After Jerry's wedding this weekend, I've kinda been missing housemates (no, I didn't get hit on the head), communal meals, that weird sense of tribe you get when you live with a bunch of different personalities.
