I got acupuncture-d today because my parents are into that holistic stuff. It didn't really hurt, but the sensation was really...surprising. The doctor placed the first needle in, and I was so shocked that I had a literal knee-jerk reaction and gasped, "fuck!" in a really loud voice. It didn't make things any better that the room was really bare

lol my dad wants me to start having acupuncture too.. ive had it several times before- ive had it/will have it stanford tho.. all of the pain doctors who do acupuncture would laugh at what you said though lol..i imagine your prolly having it somewhere else eh?

still cant believe you see 'aww how sweet' things at clinic e.. always so sullen when im there.. maybe its because i usually dont wait very long.. i go in there- say hi to julie and then walk right in to talk with the nurses untill people get the hint and give me a room.. hehehe

putting the needles in is weird i admit.. what i like best is when they connect the battery/electric to the needles and you feel the pulsing thing ..very soothing.
