History:
Jeffery had a normal childhood as far as he can remember. Until the monster underneath the stairs got to his family when he was ten, though under general knowledge it was considered a mass murder and Jeffery was considered mentally unbalanced by the tragic loss. However he managed to survive is currently unknown by the general public and attributed to the first manifestation of his abilities due to reports of when found by the police there were various words within the small pantry in which Jeffery was found, all done in crayon.
After spending six months in the care of Lantem Mental Institute, he was released to a one Angelo Carpenter who was named the legal guardian of Jeffery. This due to various forgeries of documentations and personal interest the 12 Bar Blues corporation had in Jeffery and his future role as a straight jacket.
By his eleventh birthday Jeffery was initiated as a full member of the Straight Jackets where he has risen from Rank level G to C.

Personality:
Jeffery is very quiet and introvert, preferring to live and work by himself at all possible. Despite this tendency he is very accommodating when the need to work or interact with others is a matter of need. Presenting a polite air and gentle disposition in order to not cause friction amongst those he works with.
This is of course in regards to fellow straight jackets, and it has been noted on several occasions that Jeffery is quite ruthless underneath the polite manners when it comes to monster hunting. Becoming efficient and relentless until the target has been neutralized, while showing little to no sympathy to those who deny the existence of the creatures, despite blatant proof they exist shown before them.
