You should read the manga for the actual in-depth (and more IC concerning Yako) story of the series. There's only 201 chapters, but the art is... eh, it leaves much to be desired. The anime art is better, but since it only has 25 episodes, it doesn't really give the main storyline at the ending; I think it's still enjoyable, and Takehito Koyasu's performance as Neuro made it worth watching.

Disgaea. - Might buy a DS game some point.

Zelda. - This… should happen, probably. But I feel kind of apathetic about adventure games right now.

MS Paint Adventures. - ???!!! Maybe.

Getter Robo. - I was actually looking for a mecha series to watch, so!

Pokemon Special. - I've read through Yellow's arc. Will probably read more.

Fate/Stay Night? - I've watched the first anime that came out, and it was okay. Should I play the game(s), or…???

Disgaea - In terms of presentation Disgaea DS is the worst version, but I guess it doesn't make a huge difference.

Getter - Start with New Getter Robo. It's the most recent of three OVAs and debatably the best, and it's the only one that actually reboots the main storyline and covers things from the top, so it's definitely the place to start on the whole franchise-that-has-been-alive-since-the-70's mythology.

F/SN - My approach to conquering the VN's boringness is reading http://professor-prof.livejournal.com/tag/let%27s%20play%20fate/stay%20night until one is Already Interested enough to go "Okay yeah fuck I'll read through it myself."

I say DS because that's a) about the only system I play these days and b) I don't know if I own any other systems that have Disgaea games.

It's totally as cool as Beast Wars. In fact, I prefer it to BW, personally, but objectively speaking I think they're pretty on par with each other.
