I guess I'm confused at how a sex tape is 'profitting from her crime' Sure people know her because of the crime, but it's not like she's writing a book about the murder. The sex tape itself isn't profiting directly from her crime.. It did say she wrote some books but not about what.

I looked up the books on barnes and noble, and it appears they were both kind of bio books, but both co-written...which means she probably didn't get any money from it or if she did, no one challanged it.

If its not her as a minor with Buttafuoco then it doesn't have anything to do with her crime. Gack, she's 33 now! Makes me feel old.
