For all the trolls out there who decry the existence of harassment online in gaming and say things like "it's just kids", "it's not serious", or "if you don't like it, leave" I have this to say. SHUT UP. When people threaten you with rape, assault and murder for being present in a gaming environment it really is sexism if it's directed at you

Gamer guys are the ones who need to suck it up. Why is it people feel it is okay to act a dick online when they wouldn't act that way in RL? Some of them I think are really dicks but too chicken-hearted to act that way in RL. So, they get it out online. I really wish....but that's wishing and it won't make it happen. Need to work at it and I think calling them out is the way to go. I don't do games so I can't do it but I try to do it in RL if someone is doing it.
