So where do they go to learn how to pull-down all those Yellow Cards? =)

That's a very interesting article about the approach, almost sounds close to some of the Communist "life-in-training" merged with mythical "the mysterious order calls you to the sorcerors guild" kind of feel. Very Republic/Utopia. Scares the crap out of me. =)
