[Background]
Satsuki is one of the Seven Angels, the Dragons of Earth intent on destroying humanity for the sake of the Earth. Like most of the other Angels, however, she isn't at all interested in protecting the planet or any such thing; she's not even really interested in destroying people. Her motivation is mostly because Kanoe and later, "Kamui" asked her to help them, and because it's interesting.

[The manga canon doesn't contain very much information about Satsuki's past; anime canon, however, gives basically the same information, but adds more details, and fills in some of the annoying gaps. I am thus mixing manga and anime canons a bit here for the sake of having a fuller history.]

Before joining the Angels, she was a typical schoolgirl. She was extremely intelligent and excelled at both academics and sports, making her much admired by her classmates. She discovered her abilities with computers one day when she was young by "speaking" to her father's work computer. When her father saw what she could do, he essentially sold her to a Freemason laboratory that wanted to use her abilities for their own ends. They had Satsuki go through all sorts of tests with their supercomputer, to determine her abilities. Satsuki was very annoyed by the fact that her father could decide her future for her like this, and eventually used the computer networks to manipulate a traffic light and make her father get in a car accident. He was killed, and Satsuki resumed her normal school life, until the group approached her yet again, this time forcing her to continue working for them by saying they had proof that the accident wasn't an accident. Satsuki did return to them, but eventually grew bored of their tests and their obsession with her abilities, and she and the computer killed all of the people in the laboratory and escaped. The computers had told her that she was one of the Seven Angels, and after her escape from the lab, she was recruited by Kanoe and Yuuto. Kanoe gave her the amazingly awesome supercomputer Beast, and this was pretty much Satsuki's version of love at first sight. Kanoe mostly left Satsuki alone with Beast, and didn't force her to go through endless boring tests, so Satsuki considered Kanoe much more tolerable than most people. This made her willing to acquire information for Kanoe from the computer networks to help locate the other Angels. For the most part, however, Satsuki was able to be alone with her computers, exactly how she wanted it.

After "Kamui" arrived, Satsuki was willing to help him as well, because he also mostly left her alone, and she found him interesting. Satsuki and Beast are generally responsible for monitoring the situation in Tokyo, and they also help blow up kekkai occasionally.

[Personality]
If Satsuki had her way, she would spend all her time in the basement of the Tokyo Diet Building, hooked up to the supercomputer. She loves computers and doesn't like humans at all; she thinks humans are boring, and incapable of learning anything. She says humans do the same things over and over again, like a program in an infinite loop. She finds it annoying and boring, and so ignores humans unless they interfere with her or somehow show themselves to be interesting. She particularly hates humans who keep her from doing what she wants, like her father, or are obsessed with her and her abilities, like the Freemasons at the laboratory.

She's pretty much the epitome of rationality. Things have to make logical sense to her for her to understand them. Her main fight in the series is with Yuzuriha, the most bubbly and happy-go-lucky member of the Dragons of Heaven; during the fight, Satsuki asks her why killing humans is wrong, and proceeds to give her an argument so rational as to why it isn't wrong that Yuzuriha can't think of any way to counter it. And then uses Yuzuriha's horror at being unable to answer the question to destroy the kekkai she was defending. And kill her dog.

The only human Satsuki ever really shows much interest in is Yuuto, whom she is actually friendly with and seems to have some respect for, and later in the series she stops her attack on a kekkai early so she won't miss her tea date with him. So it is possible to break through her shell, but very very difficult.

So, to summarize: logical and rational to a fault, hates humans, has absolutely no qualms about killing people who interfere with her, would spend her entire life in a basement with a supercomputer if she could.

[Specialties/Abilities]
Satsuki loves computers and computers love her. Computer cables can connect to her through her skin, basically letting her brain enter the "world" inside the computer. She can speak to and hook up to pretty much any computer she wants, but she particularly likes big supercomputers like Beast. Because computers love her, she can hack through any network she wants. She's shown in the anime using her cell phone to connect to computers and electronic systems when she's away from Beast. Basically, if a computer can theoretically do it, Satsuki can make the computer do it with no problem.

She's also extremely intelligent and knows a lot of information from hacking into other computers, and contrary to what you'd expect, she's actually very good at sports. And she speaks binary, if that counts as an ability.

[Affection] Pretty much any sort of affection would result in either confusion or her killing you. Try it at your own risk.
[Fighting] Not exactly a hand-to-hand combat expert, but she's stronger than she looks. On her own, she's not likely to start anything or continue anything, even, but if she has access to a computer, she can cause a lot of environmental damage. Like the emergency sprinklers coming on and then some sparking cables attacking you. That sort of thing.

[Other Facts] Can pretty much hack everything possible on a Dreamberry, including private entries. On the other hand, she isn't that likely to care about your personal matters, so this ability will be used sparingly.
